Ingredients: Glucosamine sulfate 2 KCL (from shellfish), bovine gelatin, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), ginger (Zingiber officinale) rhizome extract, collagen hydrolysate, chondroitin sulfate sodium salt, Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), hyaluronic acid, bulking agent (cellulose (bulking agent), coloring agent (titanium dioxide (coloring agent).

It is recommended to consume 1 capsule daily with a meal, preferably in the morning.
