According to the recommendations of the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians, pregnant women should consume at least 200 mg of DHA daily. THE BENEFICIAL EFFECT OCCURS WITH A DAILY INTAKE OF 200 mg OF DHA IN ADDITION TO THE RECOMMENDED INTAKE OF 250 mg OF OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS.
